Police seeking witnesses to Mount Lawley crash

POLICE are on the hunt for witnesses to a crash in Mount Lawley yesterday which resulted in three people being sent to hospital.

Around 4.20pm, a white Suzuki Swift travelling west on Guildford Road passed through the East Parade intersection and collided with three stationery vehicles (a red Mazda, a blue Hyundai and a white MG) near the subway.

The 27-year-old driver of the Suzuki was taken to Royal Perth Hospital and is currently receiving treatment for internal injuries.

Of the three vehicles crashed into, two of the drivers were taken to Royal Perth Hospital by St John Ambulance with minor injuries, while the third driver did not seek medical attention.

Investigators would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash, or saw the Suzuki prior to the crash.
