The building will help support and care for people who are frail, aged or have a disability.

Citizenship and Multicultural Interests Minister Mike Nahan said the $342,500 grant for the building would enable the centre to continue offering a wide range of programs in disability, health, wellbeing, financial and housing services.

"For more than 30 years, MSCWA has initiated many activities, services and programs that have assisted migrants to Western Australia," Dr Nahan said.

"These programs and services have made a positive and tangible difference to the lives of many West Australians from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds."
