ACTOR Kerry Goode will throw political correctness out the window as the devious Hecuba Tomb in murder mystery spoof Prepare To Meet Thy Tomb at the Garrick Theatre this month.
The Mt Lawley resident said the play followed Tomb With A View and Tiptoe Through the Tombstones to complete the trilogy of plays from Norman Robbins about the murderous Tombs family.
“Hecuba is a very devious, disgruntled, badly done by old women who does all the chores, the cooking and keeps the books in order, but she is never appreciated for what she does,” she said.

Director Lynne Devenish said the play featured over-the-top characters and shocking plot twists.
“No secret panel is unoccupied, no cup of tea untouched, and nobody is who they appear to be,” she said.
Prepare to Meet Thy Tomb starts at Guildford’s Garrick Theatre on July 28 and runs until August 13.
