RTRFM 92.1 to celebrate 40 years with a day-long outdoor live broadcast

RTRFM 92.1 is taking its 40-year celebration outdoors with a day-long live broadcast event from Hyde Park on April 1.

Neon Picnic will be a reunion of former and present broadcasters and local bands it has featured throughout the years.

Local band Bank Holidays will come out of retirement to perform on the day and Alsy MacDonald, Jill Birt and Martyn P Casey will perform several Triffids songs as a trio.

RTRFM 92.1’s Neon Picnic will be held on Saturday, April 1 from 9am to 5pm at Hyde Park, on the corner Vincent and William streets, Perth.
