The return of halftime ritual

Sophie GabrielleEastern Reporter

The halftime initiative will return for the 2015-16 National Basketball League season at Wildcats home games, after the partnership between the Wildcats and property group Hawaiian was renewed.

Perth Wildcats managing director Nick Marvin said the halftime initiative was one of the most-loved elements of home games at Perth Arena.

"To give junior basketball players from different backgrounds the opportunity to experience playing in front of over 10,000 fans, on the same court as their heroes, is fantastic and something they'll never forget," he said.
