TRAFFIC has been bought to a standstill on one of Perth’s main roads this morning.
The Mitchell Freeway’s left lane has been closed southbound near Powis Street in Mount Hawthorn due to a breakdown.
Traffic is extremely heavy in the area, starting near Karrinyup Road and stretching down to the source of congestion near Powis Street.
