Two men charged after graffiti attack on Supreme Court

TWO men aged in their 40s will be summonsed after being caught using spray cans to graffiti the Supreme Court building overnight.

About 10.45pm, the two men were spotted allegedly using the cans to deface a rear sally port of the court.

Police arrested the men, a 41-year-old from Bayswater and a 44-year-old from Greenfields.

They will be summonsed to appear in court on charges of damage by graffiti and possessing a thing with an intent to apply graffiti.

They will appear in court at a later date.
