West Perth: Police hunt driver of hit and run crash that injured two children

POLICE are trying to track down the driver of a blue Audi sedan who fled the scene of a crash in West Perth last night that injured two children.

The crash occurred just before 9.30pm when the Audi, which was travelling west along Bulwer Street, hit a Toyota Kluger with six people in it travelling north on Fitzgerald Street.

The male driver of the Audi fled the scene on foot and police are trying to identify him.

The six people in the Kluger were treated for minor injuries.

The Kluger driver, a 33-year-old man, was taken to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital while a six-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy were taken to Perth Children’s Hospital for further assessment.
