Young Science Award

Rosanna CandlerEastern Reporter

Scitech professional learning manager Michael Peter said the awards were presented to two Year 6 students from each of the 824 participating schools to celebrate excellence and passion in science lessons throughout the year.

“This year 87 per cent of active WA primary schools registered for the awards,” Mr Peter said.

“We hope that through this award, students will be encouraged to continue developing their science investigation skills in high school and beyond, and maybe go on to achieve great things.”
