There was a cleaner on duty and they were spotless. I felt confident and safe using these facilities rather than the more modern automatic “toilet capsules”.
As a child, I remember my mother taking me to the paid public toilets in the city. With the ageing population, paid public toilets with a cleaner on site must be included in the city planning agenda.
