WHY is it that when you purchase an item, as soon as something happens within the warranty time you send emails to the companies to no avail?
We purchased a washing machine from one retail store. I am having many issues with it and have tried emailing the company from which it was bought. Still waiting.
The lounge we purchased is falling apart. Again I emailed the company as there is supposed to be a 10-year warranty on the structure of the lounge, Still waiting.
