Baltinas Velo development in Northbridge now complete

Natalie HordovEastern Reporter

The creation of property developers, Baltinas Made, and designed by award-winning Baltinas Architecture, the project has transformed the skyline at 89 Aberdeen Street.

Two apartments – which have been styled by the group’s interior design team – will be open for viewing on November 5 and 6, from 10am to 2pm.

With the city and a host of amenities on the doorstep, Velo’s location has been a major drawcard for buyers.

“We’re really excited to be at the final stage for Velo, just in time for summer with Northbridge one of Perth’s most diverse entertainment, shopping, cultural and dining precincts,” developer Barry Baltinas said.

“We’ve seen this project embraced by a number of first-home owners and city workers, also because they’re thrilled to do away with sitting in traffic and because the location makes carless living a very real option.”

Velo features externally landscaped winter-garden balconies that can be fully enclosed, allowing residents to relax and entertain in them year-round, green initiatives including rooftop water harvesting technology and solar panels, as well as a ground-level small bar and cafe with alfresco dining. Several two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments are still available, along with a single one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on the penthouse level. Prices start from $410,000.
