Blackburne’s Enclave development reaches top level

BLACKBURNE’S Enclave development in East Perth has reached a milestone, celebrating its “topping out”.

The $40 million project is being built by Jaxon and teams from both companies came together recently to officially set foot on the level 12 rooftop.

Blackburne managing director Paul Blackburne said he was excited about Enclave’s progress.

“We’re anticipating construction to be completed by spring this year, with settlements to follow shortly after,” he said.

Mr Blackburne said the interest in Enclave had remained consistent, with a strong buyer presence from both owner-occupiers and investors.

“Enclave is already over 70 per cent sold and we anticipate this project will sell out before Christmas,” he said.

Enclave is on Bronte Street and Mr Blackburne said it offered stylish, affordable apartment living close to conveniences, including bars, restaurants, the river and the new stadium.

“With the new footbridge under construction and Optus Stadium just moments away, this location is one of the most desired positions in Perth at the moment,” he said.

Enclave apartments will offer city, river or park views and residents will enjoy communal facilities, including an open-deck rooftop lounge with alfresco dining areas, barbecues, media room and a state-of-the-art gym.

One, two and three-bedroom apartments are still available, with prices starting from $380,000.
