PARCEL Property has donated a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in its boutique Fringe on William project as the early-bird prize in the MSWA home lottery.
The lottery raises funds to provide services to people living with multiple sclerosis and all neurological conditions, their families and carers.
General manager – built form Danielle Davison said the owners of the project and Parcel Property were extremely proud to help raise funds for MSWA.
“Supporting not-for-profit organisations like MSWA, which provide support and services to people living in WA, is something we are passionate about,” she said.
On the corner of William Street and Alma Road, Mt Lawley Fringe on William includes 48 one and two-bedroom apartments.
Apartments include spacious open-plan living areas, deep balconies, stone benchtops, stainless-steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows and reverse-cycle airconditioning.
A key feature of the attractive complex is the custom-made artwork by Kylie Hughes-Odgers.
It also has an internal open-air atrium and a green rooftop terrace with alfresco kitchen and city views.
The location is very appealing.
“Everything is in walking distance. Art, coffee, restaurants, bars and shops; it’s close to Perth CBD, public transport and a short walk from Hyde Park,” Ms Davison said.
You can go in the running to win the apartment by purchasing a lottery ticket online at the MSWA website or by visiting Fringe on William between 11am-1pm every Saturday until March 2018.
