Kaos is among three local womens teams that will compete against Australian and New Zealand teams from April 24-27.
Silver medallist and Claremont resident Geri Daube said the team was hoping to put on a solid performance but would be challenged by a couple of NSW and Victorian teams.
Well definitely have the home-ground advantage because we play on those fields every week, Daube said.
The 29-year-old has played in four nationals after taking up the sport five years ago.
There will be 12 womens and 13 mens teams competing over the weekend.
The City of Perth is celebrating the event by hosting a free Ultimate Film Festival in the Northbridge Piazza this Thursday from 6.30pm.
