Netball: Scarborough tide turns against Surfers in 51-41 win

SCARBOROUGH beat City Beach Surfers (1) 51-41 in the Perth Netball Association open division one competition at Matthews Netball Centre on Saturday.

In other games, Classics beat Sterling Saints 66-37, City Beach (2) defeated Aranmore Jets 37-31 and Phantoms had a 59-36 win over Wembley.

In junior division one competition, City Beach (1) had a close 45-42 win over John XXIII, Classics (1) defeated Classics (2) 67-21 and Methodist Ladies’ College beat Perth College 46-18.

City Beach had a convincing 54-19 win over Classics (1) in the Year 7-8 division one competition while Classics (1) defeated JTC 73-16 and Classics (2) beat MLC 42-28.
