PERTH-Bayswater Rugby Union Club got off to a rough start in the Premier Grade season over the weekend, with a 32-12 loss to Wanneroo.
The 20-point loss left the Numbats at the bottom of the ladder after round 1.
After the heavy loss at Kingsway Reserve, Perth-Bayswater will look forward to returning home in round 2, hosting Nedlands at Pat O’Hara Reserve at 3.30pm this Saturday.
Nedlands pack plenty of firepower and pose a tough challenge, coming off an agonising 34-32 loss to Wests Scarborough.
