Soccer: Perth SC eyeing off bigger participation numbers among girls

IN a bid to get more girls playing soccer, the Perth Soccer Club will host eight Mini Roos clinics this month for girls aged four to 11 years.

The sessions will operate on Sunday afternoons from 3pm-4pm at Dorrien Gardens, West Perth from April 30, with byes on May 14.

The sessions will conclude on July 2.

Football West female development manager Sam Watkins said she was keen to see female players inspire future generations to take part in the sport.
