WEST Coast Fever’s most successful coach Stacey Rosman has signed to lead the team until the end of 2020.

Making the announcement at the annual awards dinner on the weekend, Rosman said she was determined to lead the club to the ultimate prize.

“I’m thrilled to be on board for the next four seasons as I feel we have unfinished business as a team,” Rosman said.

“I came in at the beginning of last year with an ambition and a vision for this club but couldn’t have imagined we’d be in such a strong position this early in the plan.

“We have established a model for sustained success, driven by incremental gains, and it is pleasing to have my confidence in our direction reaffirmed with this new deal.

“I have every faith that we are on the path to success and have the tools necessary to deliver the ultimate prize, so I’m determined to realise that dream in the next four years.”

Netball WA chief executive Simon Taylor said Rosman was an “outstanding coach.”

“Having been our inaugural ANZ Championship Captain, and now our Head Coach, few understand what drives this club better than Stacey,” he said.

“She comes to work everyday intent on making our athletes the very best players, and more importantly, people, they can be and her investment into their development and wellbeing is without peer.”
