LOCAL filmmakers will be under the spotlight at the State Library tomorrow night as part of Under the Radar – The Incredibly Short Film Festival.

The event promotes nine short films – made locally by local filmmakers – that make big statements.

From challenging perspectives on domestic violence to showcasing the beauty in the world, each film will shine a light on the depth of local talent on hand in Perth.

Film goers will also be offered the unique opportunity to vote for their favourite films across six different categories.

The event takes place on Saturday, April 22 from 6.30pm at the WA State Library Theatre.

Special guest artists Rob Walker and Little Acorn Band will be performing live and wine can be purchased at the bar.

Click here to book tickets before the event. Limited seats will be available on the door for cash purchase.
