Construction of the shops has begun, with the Wattle Grove shop scheduled to be the first to open mid-year.
“Our Mundaring and Wattle Grove stores are two of 70 new stores planned for WA,” an Aldi spokeswoman said.
“Each store will provide jobs for 15 to 20 employees, offering rewarding career opportunities for residents.”
The German supermarket giant began a recruitment drive for 400 jobs across the state in October last year.
Trainee store managers and assistants are among the current roles open to jobseekers.
