Businesses set high standard

Staff ReporterHills Avon Valley Gazette

There were nine business categories and three customer service awards open to nominees. Each category winner received a certificate and a |custom-designed trophy.

Paul Tomlinson, the president of the Northam Chamber of Commerce, said the standard of submissions was extremely high.

‘The finalists were the creme de la creme of the Avon Valley, covering a diverse range of business and industries from across the region,’ Mr Tomlinson said. ‘We are so excited for these businesses to be recognised and awarded for their achievements.

‘It is great that some of our winners are able to go further and compete against the State’s best in the Small Business Development Corporation’s State Awards.’
