Online project to plan for Wheatbelt’s future needs

The project will form part of the consultation process to set out a long-term plan for the Wheatbelt region.

Wheatbelt Development Commission chief executive Wendy Newman said the project was seeking innovative and creative visions.

‘Whether it is super-speed internet or highly populated town hubs where people are able to live a rural life with city conveniences, we are keen to hear how community members envisage the Wheatbelt in 2040,’ Ms Newman said.
