BRUSH strokes in many different styles reflect the talent of senior painters exhibiting in Forrestfield tomorrow.

Residents from the Southern Cross-run Donovan Village of 62 villas will display their artwork for purchase, from 10am to 4pm, in the village community centre in Lewis Road.

For the past five years, the enthusiastic Donovan art group has met every Saturday morning to paint under the guidance and direction of fellow resident Pat Duxbury.

“The standard of artwork produced is exceptional and this year’s exhibition promises to be nothing less,” a village spokeswoman said.

Family, friends and visitors are invited to enjoy the artworks and celebrate the artists’ achievements.

The proceeds of the sale of greetings cards made by Ms Duxbury will go to The Fred Hollows Foundation, which works throughout Africa, South East Asia and Australia.
