DETECTIVES are investigating the alleged stabbing of a 48-year-old man found in a ditch on Sunday morning.
A police spokeswoman said the man remains in a critical but stable condition in Royal Perth Hospital.
Police were called to Toodyay Road in Middle Swan about 1am where they found the man, who is from Eden Hill.
