The pair walked the Bibbulmun Track in 1989 and then walked from Nannup to Walpole in 1991.

Mrs Walsh said that she and her husband were still healthy and did not need to take as many pills as some of their friends.

They take part regularly in the ‘living longer, living stronger’ program at the gym.

This month marks the 10-year anniversary of Gym Tonic.

It is inviting residents to the gym throughout May as part of the celebrations.

There will be range of giveaways and special offers available.

Gym Tonic is at 81 Canning Road in Kalamunda.
