The statewide competition works with Buy West Eat Best to promote local produce and unearth WA's State on a Plate.

The winner will receive two days of mentoring with Guillaume Brahimi at Bistro Guillame in Crown Perth, a trip for two a luxurious WA location for a wine and dine experience and the opportunity to meet respected chefs and industry figures.
