FINE art paintings of birds by an award-winning Kalamunda artist will highlight the work of two lesser known charities.

Artwork donated by Sally Edmonds will raise funds for Working Spirit, which helps veterans find civilian jobs, and Tiny Sparks, a support for families of premature babies.

The artist said she discovered painting became an outlet of self expression after she experienced severe depression.
