DRIVE into the heart of the Hills and discover hidden among the wildflower landscape work presented by five new artists in the Mundaring Hills Open Studios annual event this weekend.
Every year artists open their studios for the last weekend of October to share their work and environment with visitors.
Figurative painter Joanna Lefroy Capelle, of Helena Valley, is one of 13 artists exhibiting her work from 10am to 5pm.
She said the free event provides a rare opportunity to experience the lives of professional artists and gain insight into their work and methods.
Among the new artists to look out for will be painter Rachel Gillam, jeweller Jessica Jubb, glass artist Silvana Ferrario, sculptor and painter Alastair Taylor and wildflower artist Jan Pittman.
