Balloon competition needs helpers

Volunteer co-ordinator Mi-chelle Blackhurst said some important volunteer positions remained empty.

Race day volunteers in particular are required from August 30 to September 5.

"You can nominate the number of days you wish to help out " from one day to five," Ms Blackhurst said.

"No experience is necessary and we will provide you with all the training you need."

The Northam Aero Club will host the event, expected to attract pilots from around the world and hundreds of spectators.
