Boya Community Centre to honour writer on International Women’s Day

Mundaring Shire President David Lavell said the occasion would celebrate the new building and local writer and political activist Katharine Susannah Prichard.

The relocated library bears the name of the late novelist who lived in Greenmount with her war hero husband Hugo Throssell.
