The accident happened about 10.50am when a Ford Falcon sedan hit three parked vehicles at the Village Shopping Centre in Wittenoom Road.
Police said the car then crossed over the road and went through a fence before hitting a home.
The 94-year-old male driver and his 89-year-old female passenger were in a serious but stable condition at Royal Perth Hospital earlier this week.
