The Robert Juniper Award for the Arts, of up to $9000, is open to young people aged up to 35, with a strong connection to the Shire of Mundaring through residence, work or education.
Projects can be in music, film, performing or visual arts, literature or any other branch of the arts.
Funds for the main award are received through fundraising events, supplemented by a generous contribution from the Shire of Mundaring.
Visual artists are also eligible for the Bob and Trish Juniper art prize of $1000.
