Final Kalamunda night market on Friday night

Lynn GriersonHills Avon Valley Gazette

INTERNATIONAL food and craft stalls will be in abundance at the final night market of the season in the heart of Kalamunda on Friday.

Among the 85 stalls in Haynes Street and Central Mall will be 40 food-sellers dishing up street fare, desserts and drinks for visitors to eat while listening to free entertainment.

Brendan will dazzle with his firesticks on a pop-up stage outside Hans Cafe and there will be a screening of the recent TV broadcast of Our Town – Kalamunda on a big screen donated by Embroidery House.

Buskers across the market will provide mood-enhancing music at various locations and some shops and cafes will stay open until late.

Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce organises the night markets throughout the warmer months and the next one is likely to take place in October.
