Forrestfield police charge two homeless men after damage to multiple properties

POLICE have charged two homeless people after an extensive investigation into multiple property damage in High Wycombe and Forrestfield.

A 28-year-old man, of no fixed address, is due to appear in Midland Magistrates Court tomorrow, November 16, on multiple charges including weapon possession, criminal damage, and possession of ammunition and drug items.

The second man (42), of no fixed address, will face 18 counts of criminal damage in the same court on December 5.

Forrestfield officers assisted by Wembley Police charged the men yesterday after an extensive investigation into about 40 reports of projectiles shot through glass windows between October 2016 and May 2017.

A vehicle search on May 2 resulted in the seizure of sling shots and dozens of projectiles, with other items of interest found at a property in High Wycombe two days later.
