MIDLAND Detectives have charged a 33-year-old Medina man with grievous bodily harm following an assault in Forrestfield.
He will appear in the Midland Magistrates Court today.
It will be alleged the man struck a 24-year-old in the head and kicked him in the stomach after leaving a party in Palm Terrace at 11.15pm on July 14.
