HELENA Valley Yvonne Zago focuses on the enchanted through a series of fantastical compositions in her fourth solo exhibition.

The 36-year-old artist presents Drunken Daytime Ghosts from July 26 to August 16 at the Linton and Key Gallery in Perth.

Her signature bright colours and imagined settings have been described as a perfect foil for the intriguing “trespassers” that mingle with native flora and fauna.

Zago completed a BA in Visual Arts at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts.

Her work is held in public and private collections in Australia and overseas and she has been a finalist in both the Kennedy and Moran competitions.
