Cricket practice nets at Pickett Park Oval in Bullsbrook, Jack Mann Oval in Middle Swan and Maguire Oval in Beechboro are all set to be replaced.

The City received nearly $40,000 from the Department of Sport and Recreation's Community Sporting and Recreation Facilities Fund. Total costs for all three cricket net projects is $116,000 and the City will contribute the remaining amount.

The three projects were identified for upgrades due to the reactivation of these facilities for cricket in recent times.

Bullsbrook Cricket Club is entering its third season since it restarted.
