Publican Group director John Ahern said the restored heritage venue would again be the heart of the Guildford community.
“It’s been a long time coming; we’re all incredibly proud,” he said.
Originally built in 1886, the building also features reminders of its darkest day with some of the venue’s charred original features remaining in the nooks and crannies of the hotel.
It will be open seven days a week until late.

“With its location right in the centre of town, it’s going to be a place that the people of Guildford and the rest of Perth will fall in love with,” Mr Ahern said.
