He has his own purpose-built building equipped with freezers, a blast chiller, a small kitchen and gelato-making machines.
His passion came from growing up in a culture where food was a major part of living.
At a young age I worked in many patisseries in which I was surrounded by authentic gelato, he said.
From there my love for gelato persevered.
He said making gelato involved a lot of chemistry, balancing out all the ingredients to make it perfect.
His favourite flavour would have to be the chilli dark chocolate because of its creamy rich texture and hint of chilli.
My passion for producing the best gelato drives me to constantly create new and unique flavours, as well as mastering the authentic flavours derived from my Italian culture, he said.
