There have been four Division 1 prize winners from the region so far this year.

The two most recent winning tickets ” a $1 million Monday prize and last weekend’s $810,000 jackpot ” were both sold at the Midland Gate Lottery Kiosk.

‘They say things come in threes, so we are hoping to sell another one soon,’ kiosk owner Lance McCrae said.

In March this year, a Midland couple said they planned an early retirement and to build their dream home after they pocketed a cool $1.4 million Division 1 prize. That ticket was sold by Swan View Newsagency.

A month earlier, Midland News-agency sold a Division 1 winning ticket worth $512,531

There were also two Division 1 Lotto winners in as many days in 2011.

Centrepoint Lottery Centre sold both the winning tickets ” one worth $350,390 on March 21 and another worth $350,390 on March 23.
