Man wounded after Middle Swan shooting

WA Police’s Gang Crime Squad is investigating a shooting after a man was found with a leg wound in the early hours of this morning.

Around 3:50am, a man in his 30s was found at a St John Ambulance depot along Great Northern Highway, Middle Swan.

The man was found with a gunshot wound to one of his legs and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital.

Police believe the incident is isolated and there is no concerns for broader public safety at this time.

As a result of the investigation, police conducted a search warrant at an address on Lindberg Bolevard, Ellenbrook and further inquiries will be conducted.
