A MIDDLE Swan man will appear in Midland Magistrates Court today charged with reckless driving to escape police.

He will face further charges of drug possession with intent to sell or supply, no authority to drive and failure to stop.

It will be alleged the 37-year-old attempted to ram a police car on July 4 in Morley before driving off on the wrong side of the road.

The driver allegedly evaded police the day before after fleeing from a motorcycle in Mahogany Road, Beechboro.

Midland Detectives arrested the man yesterday at a Middle Swan house in Albert Road, where officers allegedly found 19.1 grams of methylamphetamine at the property.
