Perth Hills resident Alan Malcolm, who is a member of two bands ” The Perth Scottish Fiddlers and The Black Chooks ” organised a concert for November 30 to raise money for the centre.
With a turnout of about 160 |people, the concert raised $2345 .
‘I organised this concert because my nieces adopted animals from the centre so I got to see the good work that the organisation and volunteers do,’ he said.
‘I was able to get the two bands that I belong to together for the show and it turned out to be a great night.’

She said she was delighted by the generosity of the community.
‘We really appreciate this donation; so much funding we get goes to operating costs so we would like to make sure this goes towards the animals,’ she said.
