The opening will also be a reunion for the 26 cyclists who took part in the inaugural Munda Biddi Epic 1000 in April this year.
At the corner of Nichol and Stanley streets, the office will be staffed at weekends and be the central information point for all of the trails in the Perth Hills area.
Cyclists will be able to access maps and obtain advice on riding the trails, including Munda Biddi, which is the longest, most continuous off-road cycling track in the world.
Visitors also will be able to hire mountain bikes from the new office.
