Nearer to Nature co-ordinator Jill Francis said the event was a popular choice for those looking to treat their loved one to a memorable experience.

“What could be more romantic than dinner under the moonlight with baby marsupials and mammals?” Ms Francis said.

“An evening in the Perth Hills at this time of year is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with the special person in your life.

“This is an experience that is sure to beat any restaurant.”

Included in the package is a chance to watch the movie Downsizing (M), which is showing at the Kookaburra Outdoor Cinema across the road from the discovery centre.

The event is suitable for people aged 18+ and tickets priced at $60 per person can be booked by calling on 9295 2244.

The Parks and Wildlife Service, which is part of the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, manage the Perth Hills Discovery Centre.
