Lynn GriersonHills Avon Valley Gazette

A NATIONAL Broadband Network alert has warned people not to respond to unsolicited callers or door knockers.

A call is received with a robotic voice claiming the call is from NBN Co.

Callers are told NBN is available in the area and their internet will be disconnected in 24 hours unless they connect immediately.

Listeners are asked to press 1 for a technician.
