Nearer to Nature wants mums to cuddle around a campfire at Beelu National Park Mother’s Day event

NEARER to Nature invites mothers to cuddle a native animal around a campfire at their popular Mother’s Day event at Beelu National Park.

Programs co-ordinator Jill Francis said mums would enjoy an up-close encounter and an old-fashioned sing-a-long with their families, along with a bush trail challenge.

“We’re also offering a special deal – mum comes for free if you sign up to our Discovery Club membership,” she said.

“Just remember to bring dinner to throw on the barbie and be treated to some Billy tea and damper.”

Perth Hills Discovery Centre in Mundaring advise families to book early for the Mother’s Day celebration on Sunday, May 14.
