New stations making bike repairs in Mundaring easier

Shire President David Lavell said the two units would be of great value to Railway Reserves Heritage Trail users and road cyclists.

“The bicycle repair stations are terrific units, which allow cyclists to hoist up their bike,” he said.

“Users can inflate their tyres with the foot-operated pump or carry out minor repairs, all at a much more comfortable working level.”

The bicycle repair stations have been installed in Mundaring Community Sculpture Park.

“The repair stations have been positioned close to the new carpark and near the information shelters,” Cr Lavell said.

“An additional repair station will be installed at Swan View station when works are completed this month.”
