Out-of-control bushfire in Perth Hills

AAPHills Avon Valley Gazette

AN out-of-control and unpredictable bushfire is threatening lives and homes in the Perth Hills.

A watch and act alert has been issued for parts of Bellevue and Helena Valley.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services warns people should leave or get ready to defend their property.

Some roads may be closed and motorists are asked to avoid the area due to smoke.
